Results Apply Only to the Tested Sample

Unless expressly stated otherwise, published analytical results apply only to the specific sample or samples actually submitted for testing and to the condition of those samples at the time of testing.

A result for one sample should not be interpreted as establishing or guaranteeing:

  • The characteristics of every unit sold under the same product or brand.
  • The characteristics of another lot or batch.
  • The characteristics of a previous or future production run.
  • The overall quality or consistency of a manufacturer, seller, distributor, or brand.

Accuracy and Laboratory Limitations

When testing is performed by an independent laboratory, analytical findings are based on that laboratory’s methods, equipment, procedures, sample preparation, analytical standards, reporting practices, and other applicable conditions.

Lab Solutions Group may reproduce, organize, display, explain, or summarize the results but does not independently warrant the accuracy or completeness of analytical work performed by an unaffiliated laboratory.

Where available, users should review the original laboratory report for methodology, findings, limitations, detection limits, and other relevant information.

No Endorsement, Sponsorship, or Affiliation

Reference to a manufacturer, retailer, distributor, seller, brand, trademark, product name, trade name, packaging, or other identifying information is provided for identification, comparison, and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, publication of a test result does not indicate that the identified company:

  • Sponsored the testing.
  • Requested the testing.
  • Authorized the testing.
  • Endorsed Lab Solutions Group.
  • Is endorsed by Lab Solutions Group.
  • Is affiliated with or partnered with Lab Solutions Group.

All third-party trademarks, product names, and company names remain the property of their respective owners.

No Safety or Regulatory Determination

Published laboratory results are informational and should not be interpreted as medical advice, a guarantee of safety, a regulatory determination, or authorization for human or veterinary use.

Laboratory solvents identified as laboratory-use products remain intended for laboratory use only, regardless of any analytical result published by Lab Solutions Group.

Corrections and Updates

Lab Solutions Group reserves the right to correct, update, supplement, clarify, or remove published testing information if additional information becomes available, an error is identified, a laboratory issues an amended report, or circumstances otherwise warrant an update.

6. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, hold, verify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment authorization issues
  • Suspected fraud
  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Account or transaction risk
  • Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue any refund required under our policies or applicable law.

Once a shipment has been transferred to a carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information before submitting an order.

Additional shipping or handling expenses resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order appears lost or arrives materially damaged, contact us promptly.

We may require:

  • Order information
  • Photographs of the shipping container
  • Photographs of the shipping label
  • Photographs of damaged products
  • Other information reasonably necessary to investigate the claim

Depending on the circumstances, we may initiate a carrier investigation before determining an appropriate resolution.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because laboratory products may be sensitive to handling, storage, contamination, temperature, environmental exposure, and chain-of-custody conditions, sales of laboratory solvents, solutions, reagents, and similar laboratory-use products are final unless otherwise expressly stated.

Once a laboratory product has left our control, we generally cannot verify how it was transported, stored, handled, opened, transferred, or otherwise maintained. Accordingly, returned laboratory products generally cannot be placed back into inventory.

A refund, replacement, or other resolution may be considered when:

  • Lab Solutions Group shipped an incorrect product.
  • A product arrived materially damaged.
  • A verified fulfillment error occurred.
  • A refund or return is required by applicable law.

Customers should contact us promptly after delivery regarding an order discrepancy.

Do not send a product back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error attributable to Lab Solutions Group or applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Inspection of Orders

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

Claims involving incorrect items, missing items, shipping damage, leakage, broken containers, or other readily identifiable fulfillment issues should be reported promptly.

We may request photographs, packaging, shipping information, or other reasonable documentation to investigate a claim.

Failure to promptly report a readily identifiable issue may affect our ability to investigate it with our warehouse or shipping carrier, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Storage and Handling

Customers are responsible for following all applicable labeling, documentation, storage conditions, safety procedures, handling instructions, and disposal requirements associated with purchased products.

Lab Solutions Group is not responsible for degradation, contamination, damage, alteration, or loss resulting from improper:

  • Handling
  • Opening
  • Transfer
  • Modification
  • Dilution
  • Combination with other substances
  • Environmental exposure
  • Disposal
  • Use inconsistent with the product’s stated intended purpose

18. Assumption of Risk

Laboratory materials may require specialized knowledge, equipment, facilities, storage conditions, personal protective equipment, and handling procedures.

By purchasing laboratory-use products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding the characteristics, hazards, limitations, storage requirements, and appropriate handling procedures applicable to the products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume responsibility for risks arising from your handling, storage, transfer, combination, alteration, disposal, or use of products after delivery, except to the extent directly caused by conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Indemnity Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lab Solutions Group and its owners, members, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, service providers, successors, and assigns from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:

  • Your failure to follow product labeling, warnings, storage requirements, handling requirements, or safety procedures.

  • Your infringement or violation of another person’s or entity’s rights.

This indemnification obligation does not require you to indemnify Lab Solutions Group for claims to the extent caused by Lab Solutions Group’s own conduct where such indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR WEBSITE, CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS EXCEPT FOR ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED IN WRITING.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Limitation of Liability
